MycoHub for Vendors

Vendor Programs on MycoHub

MycoHub separates vendor identity review, factual credential context, and paid or curated promotional placement so members can understand what each program doesโ€”and what it does not do.

Identity and business review

Verified Vendor Program

The Verified Vendor program identifies vendors whose submitted identity or business information has been reviewed by MycoHub. It confirms the identity or business behind the vendor page.

Verification is not a product endorsement and does not mean every product or genetic sold by the vendor has independently verified provenance. A Verified Vendor can be legitimate without holding any vendor credential.

Verified Vendors receive:

  • Verified Vendor badge
  • Public vendor profile
  • Listing in the searchable vendor directory
  • Category and location visibility
  • Website and social links
  • Eligibility for Featured Vendor placement

Three separate vendor programs

Verified Vendor confirms the identity or business behind a page. Vendor Credentials add factual, scoped context about documented creation, development, origination, or distribution relationships.Featured Vendor is promotional placement.

Credentials do not affect Featured eligibility, search ranking, badge scores, or reputation. Featured placement does not imply more credentials or a higher level of verification.

Factual documented context

Vendor Credentials

Breeder, Isolator, Originator, and Authorized Distributor credentials describe particular reviewed claims. Their public scope matters, and authorization credentials may expire or be revoked.

The absence of a credential is not a negative classification. Credentials are not product endorsements, rankings, or judgments about vendors that do not have them.

What Do Vendor Credentials Mean?

Credentials can provide:

  • Factual context about documented vendor roles or relationships
  • Public scope for the specific work or authorization reviewed
  • Current approval and expiration information where applicable
  • Distinct records for separate authorization relationships
From review to visibility
